Our 30-day free trial gives you complete, unrestricted access to all premium features without any risk. You do not need to enter credit cards, bank details, or pay anything to start. Simply download the app, sign up with your phone number, and begin. If you decide to continue after 30 days, you can choose one of our highly affordable plans.
After your 30 days are up, you will be prompted to choose a plan (either the 3-Month or the 12-Month plan) to keep generating new records. Do not worry—your existing data, reports, ledgers, and files remain completely safe, and you can download them at any time.
Your paid plan starts immediately and any free days still remaining are not carried over or added to it. For example, subscribing to the 3-Month plan with 40 free days left gives you 3 months from that day, not 3 months plus 40 days. If you want the full benefit of the trial, simply wait until it ends and subscribe then - nothing is lost by waiting, and you will be prompted when the time comes.
The Driver App is 100% free and included with your trial and subsequent plans. You do not have to pay extra per driver. Your drivers can download the companion app, view their individual trip advances, report fuel or toll slips, and look up documents you share with them, keeping operations completely transparent.
Yes! Trucksarthi supports seamless multi-device synchronization. You and your booking clerks can log in on a desktop computer/laptop via our secure web dashboard to generate premium bilties and invoices, while your field managers and drivers use the mobile application on the road. All records sync in real-time.
Your privacy is our utmost priority. All data is transferred securely using 256-bit bank-grade encryption and stored on highly secure cloud servers. Only you and the users you explicitly add (clerks, managers) can view your ledgers. Your clients and drivers cannot see each other’s business ledgers.
Absolutely! Every client ledger, supplier statement, driver account, and individual bilty can be generated as a clean PDF in English or Hindi format. You can share these reports directly with your clients or suppliers on WhatsApp with just one tap.
Trucksarthi is flexible enough to handle both Part Load (LTL) and Full Load (FTL) operations. You can track multiple consignments inside a single truck journey or allocate single bulk trips.
