Grievance Officer Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Sarthitech Private Limited has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints and concerns raised by users of the Trucksarthi platform.

2. How to File a Grievance

If you have any complaint or concern regarding:

• Billing disputes or incorrect charges
• Unauthorised access or account security issues
• Privacy or data handling concerns
• Refund requests not resolved through support
• Objectionable content or misuse of the platform
• Any other service-related grievance

You may write to the Grievance Officer at grievance@trucksarthi.in with the subject line: "Grievance – [Your Name]".

Please include the following details in your grievance email:

• Your full name and registered mobile number
• A clear description of the grievance
• Any supporting documents or screenshots
• The date on which the issue occurred

3. Response Timeline

• All grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.
• We aim to resolve grievances within 30 days of the date of receipt, as required under the IT Rules, 2021.
• If additional information is needed, we will contact you via your registered email or phone number.

4. Escalation

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may escalate it to the appropriate regulatory authorities:

• Consumer Forum: consumerhelpline.gov.in
• Cyber Crime Portal: cybercrime.gov.in
• Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY): meity.gov.in

5. Governing Law

This Grievance Redressal mechanism is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
