Refund & Plan Guarantee Rules

This document outlines the refund policy and plan guarantee rules for Trucksarthi, operated by Sarthitech Private Limited. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
1. Free Trial Policy
All new users are entitled to a 30-day free trial of the complete Trucksarthi platform including all 8 modules. No credit card or payment is required to start the trial.
- The trial period begins from the date of account registration.
- All features are fully accessible during the trial period.
- No automatic charges are applied at the end of the trial.
- Users must actively choose a paid plan to continue after the trial ends.
2. Payment Channels
Trucksarthi plans can be purchased through the following channels:
📱 Google Play Store & Apple App Store (In-App)
Users on Android and iOS devices may subscribe via the respective app store's in-app purchase flow. These are auto-renewing subscriptions managed and billed directly by Google or Apple. Cancellation, billing, and refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Google Play's and Apple's respective refund and subscription policies.
🌐 Trucksarthi Website (One-Time Payment)
Users purchasing via trucksarthi.in make a one-time manual payment for their chosen plan duration. There is no automatic renewal. At the end of the plan period, users must return to the website and make a fresh payment to continue access. This refund policy (Section 3 onwards) applies specifically to website purchases.
3. Available Plans (Website)
The following plans are available for purchase on the Trucksarthi website as one-time payments:

* Discounts are promotional and may vary from time to time. The final discounted price at the time of purchase will be displayed on the Pricing page. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the actual amount paid.
Website plans are not auto-renewed. At the end of the plan period, users must visit the website and make a fresh payment to continue access.
3. Refund Policy
Important Notice
Given the nature of digital software services, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the specific cases listed below.
3.1 Eligible for Refund
- Technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing the platform for more than 7 consecutive days, and which we are unable to resolve.
- Duplicate payment made for the same plan within the same billing cycle.
- Payment deducted but plan not activated within 48 hours.
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the platform during the plan period.
- Inability to use the platform due to the user's own device, network, or connectivity issues.
- Requests made after 7 days of the payment date, unless covered under section 3.1.
- Plans that have already been partially used (more than 7 days into the plan).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@trucksarthi.in with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name]".
Please include:
- Your registered phone number
- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting screenshots or proof
Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Plan Guarantee Rules
- No hidden charges: The price you see is the price you pay. There are no commissions, setup fees, or transaction charges.
- No automatic renewal: Your plan will not auto-renew. You will be notified before your plan expires and asked to renew manually.
- No credit card storage: We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Full access guarantee: On purchase of any plan, all 8 modules are immediately unlocked for the full plan duration.
- Data privacy guarantee: We never sell your business data, and we never share it with other transporters, lenders or competitors. It is shared only with the service providers that run parts of the Platform, and only as far as a feature needs — the full list is in our Privacy Policy.
6. Plan Expiry
On expiry of your plan:
- Your account and data will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days.
- No new entries can be added until the plan is renewed.
- After 30 days of expiry with no renewal, your data may be archived. You can reactivate by purchasing a new plan.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding payments or refunds that are not resolved through our support team may be escalated to our Grievance Officer:

8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
